HEADLINE
You Don't Need Their Explanation to Move Forward.

SUBHEAD
A 14-Day Guided Workbook for Getting Unstuck After a Breakup or Situationship.

Maybe you're waiting for one more conversation.

An explanation.

An apology.

An answer to the question you've replayed 400 times.

A message that finally makes the whole thing make sense.

And until that happens, part of you keeps the door cracked open.

So you reread.

You check.

You reconstruct conversations.

You imagine what you'd say if they called.

You wonder what they meant.

You wait.

THE MOVE-ON WORKBOOK

This 14-day guided journal gives you somewhere else to put that attention.

Not by pretending the relationship didn't matter.

Not by forcing yourself to be "over it" on somebody else's schedule.

By spending two weeks looking directly at what happened, what you're still carrying, what you're actually waiting for, and what moving forward could mean without requiring another person to participate.

14 DAYS. ONE ENTRY AT A TIME.

Every day includes a short reflection and 3-4 questions with space to write.

DAY 1: WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED?
Separate observable facts from assumptions, explanations, and stories.

DAY 2: THE QUESTIONS YOU KEEP ASKING
Write down the questions that keep reopening the loop.

DAY 3: WHAT YOU WANTED TO HEAR
Identify the answer, apology, or explanation you were hoping would arrive.

DAY 4: WHAT ARE YOU ACTUALLY GRIEVING?
Look beyond the person to the future, identity, routine, possibility, or expectation that disappeared with the relationship.

DAY 5: THE VERSION YOU KEEP REPLAYING
Notice which scenes and conversations keep getting mentally rerun.

DAY 6: WHAT WAITING IS COSTING YOU
Look at where your time, attention, and energy are still being spent.

DAY 7: MIDPOINT CHECK-IN
Review what has changed after a week of writing.

DAY 8: WHAT WAS YOURS?
Identify your choices, needs, mistakes, boundaries, and lessons without taking responsibility for someone else's behavior.

DAY 9: WHAT WAS THEIRS?
Put their decisions back on their side of the line.

DAY 10: REBUILDING THE STORY
Write a version of what happened that doesn't require a missing explanation to be complete.

DAY 11: WHAT YOU KNOW NOW
Identify what the experience clarified about what you want and what you will no longer ignore.

DAY 12: THE CONTACT QUESTION
Think through what reaching out would realistically accomplish before acting on the impulse.

DAY 13: MAKE ROOM FOR SOMETHING ELSE
Decide what deserves more of the attention currently occupied by the past.

DAY 14: WHAT DOES MOVING ON LOOK LIKE TOMORROW?
Turn reflection into a few concrete choices for the next day, week, and month.

FOR THE MOMENTS WHEN YOU WANT TO TEXT THEM

The workbook also includes three short exercises you can use when the urge to reach out, check, reread, or spiral into the same questions hits.

THE 5-MINUTE REDIRECT
Pause the loop and move your attention into a specific short action.

SIT WITH THE URGE
Give the impulse a few minutes to exist without automatically acting on it.

THE REFRAME
Take the question pulling you backward and rewrite it into a question you can actually answer yourself.

THE LETTER YOU'LL READ IN A MONTH

At the end of Day 14, you'll write a short letter to your future self.

What do you understand now?

What do you hope you've stopped doing?

What do you want your life to contain more of?

What do you want to remember if the old questions return?

Seal it.

Date it.

Read it one month later.
